Returns & Exchanges

At Stinger, we want you to be completely confident in your style. If your new fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with all original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Label the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Await Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
